• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Return or Exchange an Item

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
